RETURN

Return of a product of proper quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product are preserved. The consumer’s absence of a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the goods does not deprive him of the opportunity to refer to other evidence of the purchase of goods from this seller.

The consumer does not have the right to refuse a product of appropriate quality that has individually defined properties if the specified product can be used exclusively by the consumer purchasing it.

If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller must return to him the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller’s expenses for delivery of the returned goods from the consumer, no later than ten days from the date the consumer submits the corresponding demand.

Don’t worry if for some reason you decide to return the item. It’s not difficult at all, no matter where you are! The return policy is very simple.

General rules:
– Contact the online store manager by phone or email indicated on the “Contact Information” page and inform that you have decided to return the product. Managers will advise on the legality of the return, the return procedure and filling out the documents necessary to make the return.
– The period for returning goods of good quality is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
– Please note that the product can be accepted back only in its complete set, with all packaging and stickers, without traces of use, if its presentation and consumer properties are preserved.

Don’t forget to include your purchase receipt.

Refunds when ordering goods with courier delivery are carried out within 10 days from the date of receipt by the Seller of the goods and application for return.
